Ah, you mean those WRITTEN "Invitations to review" ?!

I'm quite happy with this as a way of encouraging better/safer riding. I do wish PS would also target those on 4 wheels who blatantly disregard the law. Walking around locally, it takes seconds to count on both hands, the number using mobile phones. Distracted drivers is also a significant cause of bike/car accidents.
