greetings one and all
the trip continues we went to the funeral and paid our respects to a grand lady.The Iranian visa took 14 and abit days instead of the 7 we though then it was Mohammad's the prophets birthday so that delayed things for a day.
I am in Dubai with a glass of wine and a butler down the hall!!!!!!!!!I kid you not
The cheapest way of getting back to Terhan was via Dubai and richard says if I can wrangle a night at the Burj are you interested,now I have heard of this hotel before more stars than you can throw a stick at(six if you want realy want to know)luxury with a capital C ,Yep I have some of that so strings pulled tickets booked WOW it is something special rolls picked us up from the airport a real nice way to restart the trip
tommorrow we arrive in tehran two nights after that we,ll be probabley be bush camping

Me and a couple of mates managed to blag our way into the Bourj about 4 years ago and had a beer in the bar on the 50th floor. Three bottles of Becks served with canapes, linen napkins and in crystal glasses - very nice. The bill........£21!

The latest I've heard from Chris (Nobby) is that all travellers in Iran are being refused visas for Pakistan and that Chris is now having to turn back for home.

He said he was looking forward to a few beers in Turkey (Iran is dry).
