Bar be que
I'm gonna try and get that muther of a bar be que again, so we can cook some cheesy burgers for friday night, and poss use it for cooking on saturday night.
Also i fancied a DIY chilli on saturday night, whos up for that?
I was gonna go to bookers and get some humungous alloy saucepans to cook it in.
Joe Has volunteered to do the ride out again, so we'll grab lunch out.

What time does the ride out finish? My Chilli con Carne likes to simmer for a while (as they all should) and the prep will need to done before the heat is turned on.
Tosser portions all round with plenty of rice, and I'll moderate the chilli's if you want.
Tortilla chips on the side is also a good accompaniment.Would like to leave camp at 10:00 and the route is approx 70 miles with lunch about half way round.
I have yet to test the route but will be nothing strenuous or too long due to the time of the year.
Might test the route this Saturday as the weather looks good.

I've never had a complaint about my cooking except for the occasional "bit hot isn't it" with this dish and curries.
