The West Cork Run, pictures and a bit of text

West Cork Run

Richie,

Thanks for a great week-end. Thanks to Mick for the "upgrade" and the breakfast in the morning. First time on the new GS12 and he handled it like a pro! ( Richie.... please remind him about my "adoption" request!)

Big Tom! What can I say..........

Stop Snoring please!

Nostrils

Firstly,
Richie thanks for the run out on Saturday. Its been a few months since i've been out on the bike and i enjoyed it immensely, some great roads and cracking scenery:clap It was great to meet some more tossers in the flesh that you only see or read on the web. To those tossers who had to endure my Nasal rumblings over the couple of nights i apologise most sincerely, particularly Jockser and Michealk who were in very close proximity:blast. Thanks to Ed and Mary for sorting the B&B in Holycross on friday and Thanks to Mike for the bed in his beautiful house on Saturday night/morning after the barman brought me home:eek:Hope to meet you all soon. BF.

Hi Tom, missed you on Sunday morning (not literally) just like to say it was good to meet you, and your snoring did not bother me in the least:D

Just don't do it again - or else :augie

As I was sweeper for the weekend I had ample opportunity to stop & take pics knowing that there'd be someone waiting at the next junction for me. And it worked most of the time - some folks just need further practice at the drop-off system

Anyway, a few of my pics.

Good plan. Too many bikes would just spoil it ;)

Funnily enough when we were riding around and I was looking at my average speeds I was thinking, "I know who will have the highest speed"

You, catching up after all the snap shots... Out of interest I got up to 117KMH... I was not hanging around sometimes... But I bet you got faster... Don't post it here though as the Garda might be watching...

The 117KMH was on the dual carriage way BTW:augie
