Nice report

Great pics and write-up. Nice countryside too. Must get an enduro bike here one of these days....:thumb

Nice on Louis :thumb2

Great little write up and pics. For those , like me, who have know idea where you were . Roughly, and I mean within 5-10 miles or so can you show us on multimap perhaps?

I'd love to have a go at that.............need to get a suitable bike:blast

Did you find out what was up with Ians Katieboom?

Andres

would have been there but you know how it is.....

I did get to ride the gs 800 and the k1200s instead and my good lady wife tested the new 650 and loved it .....

see you Saturday :thumb

Thanks for a great day out Louis - I had a top time and I only dropped the bike 3 times :blast So maybe Louis is a bit optimistic about my ability...

I need to post my pics as well but in the meantime, here are a couple vids:

This one is Louis climbing the same hill you can see me climbing in my avatar:

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/6KDW-R1po48&hl=en"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/6KDW-R1po48&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

And this one is from a helmet cam that I wore following Louis down the Strata Florida. For those that haven't done it - it'll give you a good idea of what's instore when the water is quite low (pay attention to the few words at the beginning and end :augie ):

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/qXbBJTBw3p0&hl=en"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/qXbBJTBw3p0&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

I'll post the other half once I've formatted it for the web.

PS: Quote of the day from Louis: It wasn't that steep/difficult/deep last time I was here! :D

I'm absolutely Gutted that i ordered the HP2MM and not the HP2E. I would have loved to have gone with you and . . . .

Sorry, just can't tell lies. You obviously enjoy your Dirty Habit and Well Done on the Trip, the Pics and the Post. I'd no more do that than ParaGlide off the Empire State Building.

Paul, did I miss Nicky in the photos? Looking forward to seeing you both at the weekend (still have to decide where to put that sticker... :D).
