there be a gale blowin

the missus was taking the M50 north turn off the Naas road (coming from the Long Mile) and one of those tv camera poles blew over and hit a car in front of her. Those things are about 2ft thick.

How heavy do you have to be before the wind won't blow you over? Im just thinking of Tuned on that roof:augie

I took a ride home from work down the west coast of Man. the bike was doing it's own thing..... that was interesting.

Looked out the window this morning...... sun shining... :Dgreat we'll have a wee jolly today....... Geraldine nipped off to the gym for a wee workout, I got the bikes ready. Both bikes out the front now, I hadn't noticed that the sun was hiding........ anyway we jumped onto the bikes and were prepared for a 100km spin. We pulled off from Killiney, got as far as Bray south, we pulled into a petrol station and both decided that this was crazy. We were been tossed around like dead leaves on the road:eek::eek:. By the time we got home we we're both soaked to the skin. We only managed about 10km but at least we did get out and more importantly we managed to make it back home:bow:bow............ anyone else silly enough to venture out today?????

Had to bring the pink plastic garden flamingos inside, they were in danger of flying away :(

Had to go up to the midlands yesterday evening and back today - took the van man.
Wild and interesting - bits of trees attacking traffic.

Snowball fight walking home from pub last night.
