Thermometer

Now that it is getting chilly, and there is a chance of ice about, I am looking for a thermometer to put on the bike to give me a clue of air temerature and the chance of roads getting icy. Do any of you have reccomendations and best location of fitting on the bike.

My view of the thermometer is that is gives you a good excuse for an extra calva in the winter and extra beers in the summer.....Temperature alone will only give an indication hot or cold. But that you have already sitting on the bike. caloric capacity is what makes the difference (e.g. walk in air at 10 celcius vs swim in water at 10 celcius....)

Stick a bottle of milk in a cup holder on your handlebars - when the foil lid lifts slow down a bit.
