There may not be Bears but I believe they have released Wolves in Scotland so Id suggest carrying some Bear poop in your back pocket to scare them away

I’ll have you know I had to drop to the little front cog once today to traverse a mound that the Council had created at the start of a bridleway, probably to keep pikeys out.

I have a black belt in origami, Brut33 is a blackbelt 3rd dan in Suduko. We may give a demo at dent next year

Did you go to High Lodge? There is a good fun red run that we blast round most weekends. Sometimes do the blue then red after. About 23 miles in total.
