A house in Brixton when I first moved to London 30 years ago.

But I did buy a house in Brixton 30 years ago. A 4 bed Victorian terrace on the Brixton/Clapham border. And what a great investment it was. We tripled our money in 10 years. Probably would have quadrupled it if we'd stayed a few more years.

Wow, stumbled in to this thread, saw that, and like it. Will likely be on my shopping list. I like it because it doesnt look as though it takes up too much space, vertical lift with decent height.

Just replaced my 20 year old petrol chainsaw with a battery powered chainsaw, I wasn't sure if it was the right decision. I needn't have worried, it's brilliant for domestic wood cutting.

I have now just bought a battery powered hedge trimmer as well and that's great too. Let's hope they last as long as the petrol ones.

At risk of becoming a Stihl fan boy I have just bought this moisture tester.

I didn't even know they were a thing, wish I had one years ago.

Anything under 20% is okay for burning.

When I first tried it I thought it wasn't working, turns out the log was so dry it got a 0% reading
