Thinking of buying a 14 plate GS but it's factory lowered and I want it full size.

Ive got my shocks lowered and changed to wilburs , so i have full size springs that you can swap on yours back to full height. I also have the full height side stand and center stand that you can put back to full height. if you are wondering on the condition of them. They came of nuttys of this parish 2014 GSA when i purchased his and got it lowered professionally at the guys REVS in the midlands so the lot has been sitting in the cupboard since.

I have to ask - is it just shorter springs on the same shocks for a lowered bike or are the shocks themselves shorter?

I'm sure the shocks will be shorter as these give the overall length. If it were just shorter springs, they would rattle about on a longer shock...

Yes, the lowered GS has the shorter shock, you cannot put standard springs in to change it back to standard. the seat/foootpeg distance is the same as standard GS.
