Just turn the bars to the left and press the button, located on keyless bikes where the key would be on non-keyless bikes, and the lock is electrically activated.

Works brilliantly on my RT, so probably user error
I rode an RT sport a few months ago and it was considerably better than on the GS, keyless would be worthwhile on the RT or K1600 if it operates the luggage. Not possible with the GS

This looks very exciting
A nice paint job does not a nice bike make.
When I was a youth and those came out we all thought of them as old fart's bikes (along with all BMW's of the time) and nothing's changed as far as I'm concerned.
I'm no fan of the WC but at least BMW make vaguely exciting bikes these days

And now this post about self riding bikes - quite soon they won’t need riders and we can just stay at home!
I never used to understand people who loved classic bikes, Henry Cole et al but I’m starting to see the attraction when you appreciate the engineering rather than the electronics. It’s a motorbike not an X Box
