This has been popping up the last few days !

On start up this is popping up. Three clicks and it is gone...but how do I fix this problem ( I'm a PC numpty ) ?

OK....just for peeps information; it was because the latest version of windows 11 failed to download properly. Thought it was a virus or something but after re-loading the latest version, all is well.
