This new bike makes my troos dirty...

So,

took the LC GS for its first spin today. Loved it to bits but I came back even more dirty than the bike did - especially my left leg, which was covered in mud from ankle to arse. Right side was fine.

Already have a Mudsling fitted.

Anybody found a solution to this, apart from ChazzyB's bastardised screen-wash bottle, cable-tied to the footrest hanger?

Nippy has several in-fill panel options but wonder whether any of them actually do the job...

Ride nearer t' centre 'o road. Then thi won't ger olt shit up thi left leg from t' gutter.

I ride every day in all weathers. Winter as well. The only time I won't ride is if there is already three inches of snow when I open the curtains at 0600. Amongst the many names people call me I think one of them is 'a proper biker' ;)

To the OP. Reading this back it might seem that my trousers always have the fresh pressed Sketchleys look about them. That obviously is not the case. Perhaps I ought to have said that my trousers are never dirtier than is reasonable to expect on a motorbike. They are certainly much cleaner than when I did not have the mudsling and infill panels and they are no dirtier than when I did the same riding on several different RT's.
 
What's the fucking problem, my bike and me are covered in crap riding 5 and sometimes 7 days a week, get a grip, or polish it and put it under a nice fluffy blanket in your heated garage.

It's a bit mucky wucky out there in the winter isn't it love :comfort

I don't think there is a problem. The OP wanted some help finding some bits for his bike and some people are trying to help him.
 
Riding sidesaddle is another option, just get up to speed and then have both legs on the right pegs, that why there are two pegs on each side...................:D

Belt n braces, mudsling and puig hugger worked for me and my flip flops were always clean .
