No changes to bike required - it is a BMW approved part and the BMS Controller adjusts accordingly

Micky - you just need a pair of black plastic frame plugs to fill that big hole in your frame now to finish it off ;-)
Managed to get the engine all done today - new clutch cover (later type with steel insert) , new water pump and seals , new water pump cover , Stainless manifold studs and copper nuts . Checked all of the valve clearances , all were well within tolerance and put in a new oil filter . All engine casing bolts replaced with A2 stainless and coolant pipes re-fitted with SS Jubilee clips

Where did you get the copper flashed flange nuts from and can you remember what size M6 studs you got?

Split the front brake caliper - the XMoto has a 4 pot caliper (rather than the two pot on the XChallenge and XMoto) and fitted all new seals , O rings and new OEM pads . All re-assembled with SS bolts
A future Classic for sure 
Not much time this morning as I'm going out , so just re-built the rear brake caliper with new seals and pads and removed and re-fitted the new lower head bearing to the steering stem
First of the parts back from the Powder Coaters ....

Yes standard on the XMoto - 4 Pot Brembo calipers and a 320mm Disc ;-)
Wheels now fitted with a nice pair of Pirelli Angel ST tyres
