Well finally got round to doing both TB's on the 1150 yesterday as well as doing both on me brothers bike.So came to to getting out the old bushes and came to thinking of a easier way.so i am not sure if anyone else has posted this but i came up with this.So if you have a tap/die set used a 9mm x1.25 and tapped it in then knocked it with a screwdriver and hammer..

That's same method I used , very easy . How do they sound when up and running ???

Bikes have never ran so smooth me brother called me today to say how nice it run and no ticking.

When you had them back on did you not have to do stuff with the TPS?

Yep you have to setup the voltage on the tps with a multimeter it's easy.there are post on here on how to do it.

A couple of questions for you Spa?

Where did you get the replacement bush kit from? how much??

Are the 1100 T.B.s made in the same way with a replaceable bush like this?

I've noticed my RH TB ticking a bit, so this would probably sort that out.

Cheers,

Poucher

There's a chap on here his name is cata dan i think or dan cata he is in Romania and does a kit for 1100/1150 both sides.or you can find him over on adv rider site look up throttle bodies and he'll be there..But i do belive that Vern from this forum does them not sure if he sells just the kit or you send him the whole bodie for him to repair.
