Three moors ride-out?

Pics from the Moors ride

Well we were up at 5am  as had to leave our neck of the woods at 6.30 so as we could get to the start for half 8, hopefully sleep well tonight!
I myself have never been on the moors and can I say that it was lovely, loved the foals and lambs, shame could not have stopped and grab one of the little cuties, and a shame I could not have got a few piccies but not easy whilst movin.
Did manage to get one or two of Dartmoor, below with my fone whilst Chris took the others.
Lovely to meet up again, look forward to the next one :thumb2

Mark & Nicola

{hey Alan and Chris might be home by now ]

Hope every one returned home safely. Yes Proff we spotted you in Tavvy but by the time I had got my brain in gear you were just a spot in the mirror, you should have joined in for a few miles. Thanks to Barry for showing us the way and well done to those who spotted lamb 93 on Bodmin Moor will have to make the sheep spotting contest harder next time. Great pics Summer were Barry and Mark doing their little pre ride dance in the first one, Barry certainly looks a bit disgruntled that you caught him in the second one :D
Anyway heres some of my pics

I Did, I Joined at Gunnislake bridge. and was on junction duty, BUT I didn't know who last man was :blast
Then when I realised :augie I blatted over to Princetown, then 2 bridges then Moreton but you were to quick for an old bugger like me :rob:rob

You must have bypassed Princetown and gone straight to Two Bridges...
No way to catch you after that ::tears
So I went for a Cuppa with Sid up at OKE camp waiting for 10 tors traffic to die down :thumb2

Sorry for the confusion Proff, being at the back I didn't realise you had joined in:confused: so seeing you on roundabout duty passed you by as not one of us :blast:blast:blast please forgive me.

Thank's for sorting out another great day's riding Barry and Geoff :clap

So who is going to volunteer to lead the next one? :D

Many thanks for another great ride, by the time we eventually got back to base we had 278miles on the trip.
We broke of at Exeter to get some dinner started to get a tad hungry plus needed to locate a turbo to fit on the gs so we can keep with Barrys rapid pace.
First time we had been over Bodmin moor that was a real blast down the lanes with the dust flying excelent.
Yea Pastyman that was us going north bound on the 38 included Plymouth then Dartmouth as well.:)

Great pics Chris & Summer ave a good un in Wales next week, theres plenty of lambs up there so were told!!!!!.:D

Hi guys - Sorry I didn't make it for the ride out.

My thanks to all you guys and gall's for a really good day out. Loved the moors and even had a bit of a wet in the stream. Couldnt partake of the carvery but it did look good. Some of those views were fantastic especially from the top before the last Cafe. could see for miles.
Thanks also to Andy for letting me loose on his Basic.
And especially to Bubbles and Barry for a great route and for keeping it all together,
Only lost Proff but as we didnt know he was there till we had passed it doesnt count.:D

Thanks very much Barry and Bubbles for a great days riding, and everyone else for the company.
What was the prize for spotting lamb 93 on Bodmin moor Bubbles?
Did anyone else notice the price of unleaded in Summers pic was £00 but in the Bubbles pic it was £1.9???
