My 1100 is doing some Hardly Ableson impressions at idle. It's not atrocious, but definitely lumpy and not 'smooth' - I've also heard good TB balance can improve other aspects like gearchange etc.
I don't have any proper bike gauges (I used to have a four cylinder mercury set - why did I ever get rid of that
) and I've not heard much good about the new 'metal bar' type carbtunes (which seem to be the only type available these days. So I'd like to make one of the basic plastic tube and ATF differential pressure manometers which I've read about on here.
Could anyone who's made one give me some basic dimensions - i.e. bottom of 'U' to fluid level and fluid level to top of manometer 'headroom'?
