What is this stuff in the bush?


I wonder if anyone has been there before because it was like glued and it wasn't as easy as others to take off.


First one came in 10min.



2nd one asked for much longer


And watch out that the last MW kit offers too small seals. Under is OEM that I had to put back on.



which prevents the shaft from returning to zero, even with the spring.





BTW, what is the average mileage at which the left throttle shafts start to make noise? This would let me know if the PO played with the odometer...

Good news :D the odometer shows 55'000kms...

Polymer bush is a nice solution when you have a lathe. I did it on the carburettor of a Mustang in the 70's ;-)

I made bushes on the lathe but if you check out the link in my post you can buy them for so little money it is barely worth the effort of making them.

I have two throttle bodies spare
