1998 Thunderbird sport, alternator not alternating. New one £500 +, +VAT FFS. Can anyone recommend a rewinder ?

try wood autos colne road they have a warehouse on the other side of the road where they recon alternators
failing that there used to be a guy at marsh who was excellent with alts
up new hey road past the Co-oP left at the liberal club 200yds on the left small yard he used to work from there

if thats no good try rs salvage eagle street todmorden got a web site they buy damaged bikes and strip the really bad ones may have a second hand one

let me know how you go on if you have no joy i'll give my mate a ring he may have some good numbers to try
