the answer might be to buya scateboard. bars on full lock,front wheel on scateboard an off you go. best not try on the road though.but after a few beers..........

What about one of those small wheeld devices that is designed to go under the center stand for pushing bike in to the corner of the garage. These are supposed to enable it to go in any direction with the wheels off the ground.
