Could some of you owners share you experience with the HP2 off road tires. I'm looking for a tyre which is good on gravel and green grass on hills.

I use Contiescape tyres, they are a good universal tyre. I get 8,000k out of the rear & 12,000k out of the front. They are good for most of my riding, hard top & dirt, the front tyre is not so great in the sand a knobby is much better.

desert on the back and a karoo on the front. Im running a full on knobby onthe front at the mo and its all over the shop after 100 kph unless its in the dirt and pushing

On gravel roads my speed can be up to 160kph. I average 120kph to 140kph

Deserts are great all-round off road tyres for the HP (as most other MX tyres are simply not up to a 100+ BHP heavy bike and will tear to bits) but are a bit 'loose' on wet tarmac.

Am on regular Karoos with tubes..... a heavy duty metzeler 21' tube up front and the same HD tube but 18 inches on the rear with 17in wheels. i have a set of Unicross tires too... incase we decide to do a little bit of semi single tracks....
