And I've narrowed it down to
* Nexx XD1 helmet, but I can't find a near stockist to try.
* Sidi adventure boots
* Klim badlands trooosers but I just can't see me paying that much, so ideas of alternatives welcome.

If you want to try all three in the same place I can only suggest a trip down to the Adventure Bike Shop (proud sponsors of Adventure Bike TV) who should have all three in stock.
A quick check on the website before heading down would probably be an idea, mind.

Had same problem finding a Nexx to try on.

Eventually found myself close to Motolegends and tried one on there - then used their price match plus 10% off guarantee and picked up a plain XD1 for £261 delivered

Hi Glenn, I'm pretty sure that Motorcycle Essentials in Cannock do Nexx helmets. It's a well stocked shop and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The owner (Olly) will normally try to price match or give you a good deal.
Will you be along to next weeks meeting at Morville?

Hi Kev, Now don't be telling me that CMC have Nexx in! I have, today, just done a 120mile round trip to moto central in Hinkley and bought the Nexx XD1. I must say nice people and a great store, 2 levels with more stock going in after the refurb. Also bought a pair of a Rev It trousers which don't seem to disappear up my shin when I sit on the bike.

Yes Olly is a nice guy and have wandered over to CMC a few times but I never saw Nexx helmets?

Sorry Kev so was I. Must stop drinking whisky after midnight. Don't know why I said CMC. Will give Olly a call anyway to check as my wife also likes the Horizon 2 Revi It jeans. Bought my jacket from Olly.
