I've recently started getting undeliverable returns from Tiscali emails that I send to from my home email provider Orange.fr
Up until a week ago all was fine but I now have 3 people I cannot get in contact with.
Tiscali helpline is based in India I believe and I sometimes get a reply to my question which is answered overnight but they are seemingly uninterested in helping to solve the problem.
Today they pointed me to the following -
"I would like to mention that there are several organisations that blacklist any IP address. You can have look on the list by visiting the link below:
http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
You can click on the respective organisation that have listed the IP address into the blacklisted directory and know more about the procedure to whitelist any IP address.
I believe this information would be helpful to you in resolving the issue that you are experiencing from a stretched time."
From what I can gather I get 30 days free trial with mxtoolbox but then you have to pay and I don't really feel this is my problem.
They also ignored several of my questions regarding this problem.
All other isp's that I email work perfectly well.
Tiscali emails get returned with this in the reply -
"550 mail not accepted from blacklisted IP address"
Any hints and tips appreciated.
