to GS or not? decision made!

after 1 year+ of testing different models, 12 GS is being delivered on Thursday(pos xmas eve!) Can, t wait!! is there a North East England section? Or any NE based owners fancy taking newbie under wing, regards Ian Mac, Co Durham.

Hello Mate,I am in sunny Gateshead(someone needs to live here)
There are a few other 12 owners around this neck of the woods.However I prefer a real(not plastic) GS nice shiny 1150
I will be going to a few weekend trips as seen on this board,if you fancy a ride out or just a quick run out you can drop me a line or post on the NE section bit of the board.

You made the right choice although theres plenty of people such as above who still live in the Dark age & would have you believe otherwise

Thanks Frisky/metalman, Yep I had noticed that there does seem to be a diff of opinion re which is "BEST" bike in the short time a have been visiting this site!Still my story is tried 1150, great, tried 1150Adv , better again,but too tall for my v short legs! and finally 12, had 3 test rides went for that one, despite servos failing last on weekends test!

Metalman I thing I meet you and your wife(she on 12 you on Adv) at Hartside some time ago this summer, I had/have GSXR 1000 and asked you your opinion, well here I am with one of my own, when bike is delivered will be in touch. PS where do I find "the NE section bit of the board" tanks all,

Yep I remember talking to you at Hartside.. think I saw you at Mill on Sat gone although at the time hadnt realised it was you.
Youll find North East section under ... Areas.. North
