Toaster Tank & Sidepanels

Hi chaps,

I recently saw this tank and sidepanels on some pictures and I really REALLY like it ALOT

Apparently it is the "toaster" tank that appeared on earlier models. Where they ever released in the UK

Does anyone have a tank and sidecovers like this deep down in a box in the shed that they want to sell

I think they only made them for the R75/5 but I may well be wrong?

They do look good though, no doubt there. Which bike were you thinking of putting it on, if you find one that is? I think that they go for quite a lot of money in good condition..

If you fit the earlier tanks you will need the seat to go with it, second hand ones are usually knackered and new ones are expensive..

I think most people went for the larger capacity tank with the new guards. I must admit I don't like the look of the toaster tank it doesn't look balanced with the rest of the bike.. The standard /6 tank with a Corbin looks great and fits the /7 bikes if you swap tank and seat.
