Great to meet so many of you at Princetown.
I took the motorway route back to Guildford from Dartmoor today and spent the time finding the "sweet spot" for my own Adventure Tobinator setup. I have finally settled on a leant back and tilted down a bit configuration. Front Tobinator on its "highest" position, rear one slotted down a bit. This sorts the buffeting out a treat, nice & smooth up to 110mph (apparantly), but has a disadvantage that the hand guards on the bars (I'm running R1150R bars) hit the rear of the screen on full lock. I might get the trusty Dremel out to sort that out.
I had really good results with the screen angled forward with rear tilt as well, but not quite as good as leant backwards. I'll post a pic or two shortly.
Migsel - I bought one of your excellent light bars and did a deal with Gecko to get an Adv Tobinator on its way to you.
I've also finalised the pricing. I'll update my web site shortly, but in the meantime:
Adv Tobinator kit: £65
BMW standard R1150GS mounting pieces: I can supply at cost at £17
Note that the Adv Tobinator kit mounts onto standard (not Adventure) mounting pieces. If you have or had a std R1150GS screen then you should have the mounting pieces somewhere. If you have had an Adv screen from new, you wont have these. You can buy them from your dealer or I can supply them in the kit at cost. I'll put the part numbers up on my site as well.
The standard R1150GS Tobinator kit is now £38 (from £40)
The R1100GS Tobinator kit is £43 (newly available)
