Not really sure
In case there is anyone reading this who has not yet fitted a set of Tobinators to their pride and joy, I wish to postulate on the merits of said bits and bobs.
Absolutely feckin' brliiant, they are!!!!:D
I fitted mine over the weekend, and went for a ride. What a difference! I cannot believe how much better it is. And that's without having done any real fiddling to get the right position. Why BMW couldn't sort it is beyond me.
ANy road up, Tobers, as I said in me e-mail, top banana you are, cracking bits of kit, well made, and does just wot it says on the tin!!!

Thats really stoopid Tobers, everyone already knows they work brilliantly!:doh

plenty of loctite though, had a screw loose (well lost actually and with loctite). Made the trip more interesting though, thinking, I could be oddjobbed at any minute, cool!?

Come on chaps, I'm no where near devious enough to start posting reviews under pseudonyms. I'm very concerned that you might think I'm a bit of a geezer now. Anyway, with so many positive reviews I'd have to have several hundred pseudonyms on UK GSer and Advrider by now so I'd probably have been sussed :D

Seriously for a mo, I do actually ask each & every person who is quoted on http://www.stopthebuffeting.com/UserFeedback.html to give their permission to be quoted. Nobody has refused to date - what a nice bunch us GSers are.

I second that

Also promised to post my experiences with the Tober bits; I'm still on the old-tech 1100 and lovin' it.
The bits went straight on as promised in the instructions (all in colour) and made the bike my friend again.
This my first BM after loads of jap stuff and I was horrified to discover it was all but unbearable on the motorway and as my average ride is a 140 mile commute this was a problem!
Thanks to Tobers generosity (he did me a good deal on his old 1150 screen) the riding conditions are much improved.
A few settings were tried to find the optimum, but the effort was worthwhile.
Still haven't yet quite sorted the light spilling from the headlight illuminating the screen from below, but some masking tape and a bit of black hammerite should provide the answer!
You need this on yours!:thumb

Exellent bit of KIT

I ordered the tobinator Thursday and as promised delivered Saturday morning 10.00am the wife was a bit upset as saturdays are for PLAYTIME! anyway 10.30am it was fitted and ready to go i no longer have double vision with the buffeting
it works for me, iam just about to purchase a GSA will it fit?:P

Hi Neil - For the Adv, you'll be able to keep the alloy "risers" and I'll send you a separate "super dooper Adventure upgrade kit" which comprises a new set of bolts (longer) and the two spreaders to handle the increased width of the Adv screen. Oh - you'll need some screen mounts from the standard bike too. All is explained somewhere on www.stopthebuffeting.com. Email me when you're ready and I'll sort it for you.

Cheers
