Today I Have Been Mainly Fitting Bits and Pieces

With some free time and some sunshine today, I spent most of the day fitting;

HID lamp kit - Mr Les - both lamps - couldn't make all the cables totally invisible though - Short run at dusk suggests Plenty Bright!!
Stebel Horn - NN
Touratech Dashboard with extra socket - NN
Oil Cooler Grill - eBay
Side Stand Big Foot - eBay
Fender Extender - does anyone actually trust 2 bits of sticky tape?
Black Screen - NN
Zumo - thank you Halfords special offer

I now know the front end of my bike INTIMATELY!!

Integrating ALL the instructions was a minor challenge and one or two fastenings had to come back out again

10 minute job on Saturday was LED Rear Lamp and Torx Type Oil Filler Cap

Bike is now SORTED!

And full shakedown planned for next 2 days

Fender extender, all the ones I've used have had a couple of small self tappers to help with the tape.

Fender extender, all the ones I've used have had a couple of small self tappers to help with the tape.

Oh it came with wee self tappers alright, but I used a couple of flat headed socket cap screws instead. Happy I didn't drill into the tyre

Any way, sun is shining now, bike's waiting at door, gear on and I'll be offski in 10 mins. NICE!
