Just noticed i need a rear tyre.... Thinking about it the bike still has the same rear tyre fitted as when i bought it.

Michelin commander 2 on order.

And another thing, i can't find the section of loom that runs from the fuel level sender in the petrol tank to the main loom... i put it somewhere safe........................

Just get some wire, any old wire , twist the ends onto the thingamybob and pop it back in the tank . Job jobbed and off we go.

This morning i compared weight between my harley wheel and a mates magnesium rear wheel from his kawasaki racing bike.

The passenger footrest from my harley is heavier than his rear wheel.

It's all back to together, just a couple of small finishing off jobs to do..... noticed a large hole underneth on my R/H silencer.

Going to bandage it up with a few feet of roofing flashing tape and then off for the mot at some point today.

Tape has been warmed up in readiness

I'll have them so long as they aren't fishtails because I already have a set of those on the shelf, they're too noisy and I don't like noisy exhausts .

no there not fish tails they are genuine harley exhausts ill post some pics for you tommorow
