I do apologise if this question has been asked and answered previously, I'm not being idle with not doing a search, but my situation is urgent and I'd like to ask for some quick pointers please.

Brand new TomTom Rider connected to Autocom via a Bluetooth receiver. When powered up you get through the earphones 'headset connected' which comes from the TomTom, and would suggest it's Bluetooth connection is sound.

But there are no route guidance instructions coming through. Can I ask, is there a simple setting I'm missing in the TomTom? Does it need to be set in it's menus to also send instructions via Bluetooth? I've only ever used hard wired Garmin kit and this is a new installation on my Brothers bike. We are due to ride off to Austria in no time at all so any help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA

Obvious, but is the volume turned right up on the TT ?. Check out the BT connection in the settings menu.....:nenau

Checked it thanks, cranked right up. We are getting a signal, it's telling us that the headset (which is the Bluetooth connection) is connected, but then nothing, no route instructions.
