Tomtom Rider 2nd Edition won't pair !!!

Hi all,
Ive had my Rider for quite a while now with no problems whatsoever ! Went out t'other day and couldn't hear instructions from it to my Scala Rider Q2 pro headset.
Always had this headset with this tom-tom and it been fine.Cant seem to get it recognised by Tomtom ! Usual question comes on screen,'do you want to pair with Scala rider Q2' press yes and off it goes in search mode again only to stop and say its not compatible or whatever !

Really puzzled by this,any advice/help appreciated.

I once got that with my V5 model not pairing with the BTM-02 bluetooth unit on my Autocom system.....

But all ok after switching off and trying again

Back it up and factory reset it, my Scala G9 and G4 would not pair, saying they did not have the required features. So I backed up the Tomtom, reset it and no problems connected without an issues. then just restores the backup of what I needed.
