right looks like we have a choice of two weekends over the next three months.

22/23 july or 30sept/1stoct.

However I've just encountered a possible stumbling block
as the organiser I will have to take out a public liability insurance because the sites insurance doesn't cover them for motorcycle events - it would appear that all the other m/cycle events there are run under the ACU and therefore have insurance via the ACU
So it looks like I'll be spending the next few days finding out how it works.
This never used to be the case at Tong but with all the bullsh*t with people claiming for every little thing They have requested that We try and sort it before We go
I'll let You know as I find out more.

I can do either date. What would the implications be of running it as a GS Club UK event regards insurance? Would Tarka know?

And please - that is a serious suggestion and in no way am I trying to stir up any muck so don't go there!
