Too Much Choice!

Have been looking to get some new gear for touring with during the spring/summer/autumn, uk and europe, and maybe the odd bit of green laning . Had pretty much decided on the HG Tuareg.

Here comes the problem, i've just had a look at HG's website and they have three different types of jacket listed.

1. Basic Tuareg Jacket

2. Tuareg Rally LC3

3. Tuareg GoreTex Rally

I already have decent winter gear so i suppose that takes the GoreTex jacket out of the equation. So does anyone have any opinions on the either of the others ?

Summer so ignore the goretex . You are up in the north east.

Now if the goretex is removeable which is the sort of system I have.

I use the basic jacket, its fine for warm dry weather, colours initially a bit suspect but soon looks lived in. I can't find any bullets to fit in the holders.

I remember Redcar, and it was always two coats , two pairs of pants, thick socks, and over mits..... mind you that was the days of bike meets at Warrenby around the bonfires..... bloody cold.

I fear i may be too late as we've had four days on sun on the trot so that was probably the summer!

I'm fairly sure warrenby hasn't changed since you last visited either
