I've got the tool tube and now have to work out where to put it. I reckon maybe just behind the number plate would be on as I have the bmw metal panniers and it could be bolted onto the crossbrace. If anyone has come up with a solution to the position and also choice of fixings used and where I can buy them, I would be very grateful.:aidan

I fixed mine under the pannier frame fold up section. The hole centres align with the frame screws, you just need to replace them with a longer machine screw and use a nother nut for locking it up. Easy peasy .... :comfort

Tool toooob

Fitted mine to the right hand TT pannier frame, a bracket weklded on the side so thre tube bolts to it between frame and No plate. Fixed at the top,
but bottom fixing removabl to allow tube to be lent over for acess, also fitted a locking lug at the top. and it works.

Some others have seen it and reckon it might be deemd to obscure the No plate a bit from the side perfect veiw frm directly behind but from the side at aslight angle it becomes abit obscured. Dident make it to TT throttle cale gave up nad stated ticking over at 5000 so good old RAC brought it back! just had a report from site bee raing or hailing most of the time and no deals on offer at all from TT. So apart from gettin another morge to buy new cables perhaps not such a bad day after all, at l;east till I looked at replacing same! Thank you "font of all wisdom my faith is almost restored!.
