Top Box and Panniers difficult to close....

Anyone else have a problem getting the above to close? I put it down to 'newness' when I first got them but they are no better 11 months later. Tried someone else's box today, same age bike but no probs closing.

I have to pull the lids forward and thump the edge to get them closed, can't be right?

They are the BMW varios, bought new with the bike in 2016.

That is not normal. Not sure if the catches are adjustable? If not maybe try dealer

I've had some issues with the seals folding and making the lids hard to close. Some silicone based spray soon sorted it in my case.

Just put a new lid on my top box , now have to give it a tap to get it to fit. One side case is the same, tap to close and this was from new .13 year bike.

+1 on the silicone. I had this on my new ones. Have it the same on the new set post accident

Lifting the rear to get the front top to align is some times needed when well loaded,
