Top Box For 1150GSA?????

I am looking for a top box for my 1150GSA. I have the stranded system panniers so I was thinking I would get the top box to match but thought I would ask for some advice first.

I took a pillion today and they found the bike very comfortable but my old Africa Twin had the advantage of a top box for a back rest.
So it has to serve that function as well as being as small and neat as possible plus it would be great if it could store a helmet.

Which is the best one to go for?
And do any of them fit straight to my GSA with out any other brackets?
Also will the Verio box fit, or are they only for the 1200?

I just buy any top box I like the look of and get my local engineering firm to knock up a bracket to fit it. I have a 1200GSA (Touratech ones) top box on a 1150GS. The bracket was £30 all in.
 
I got Civil (cajasahel.com) up in Donegal to custom make me this one.

I like it a lot. Has 2 compartments - one for tools and one for my lid/shopping etc

It looks a cool box, how much did he charge for it?
Is it heavy and how do you attach it?

I am interested to know if there is one that will fit the GSA with out any extra brackets. The rack and grab rail on the back looks like they should take something?

I have a Givi mounting plate and top box (in the 'for sale' section).. used on my 1150 GSA, in conjunction with system panniers. Mounting plate worked fine on the GSA rack, box takes x1 full face lid quite happily (but not 2).

Sorry buddy your talking bollox,the ally GSA topbox wont take a fullface lid unless your a gnome!!! the right side box is the only one that will and can be mounted on the back...............:Motomartin

it will easily take a L arai tour-x ..... easily

That looks a really nice top box on your GSA. That is exactly what I am looking for. Is that the OE pannier you speak of?

Is the bracket it sits on fairly neat, any photos:aidan?
How many liters is it?
