Top Box Issues

Been out today for a ride and discovered that the BMW top box in expanded pos'n wont hold BMW full face or flip front helmet. It will just about accept the full face if you turn it upside down but feels as if it is compressing the spoiler. Just me or is anyone else experiencing this problem.

Have decided to ditch the BMW box after Xmas and buy the Xega metal box from Touratech. It will break the bank but who cares!

I'm keen to hear how you get on - do you think the top box will fit straight onto the 12GS rack? I've got the BMW box, but it's not the greatest I've come across.

I have emailed Touratech and asked what is needed to fit Xega box and if poss supply pic. Will post when/if I get a reply
