Hi all,
I have the BMW 35Litre top box on my 1150. I want to relocate my Autocom into as its current position between the front seat and tank is unsuitable.
My problem is, is that my top box lock seems to only work sometimes.
You can turn the key and lock it and from time time you will still be able to lift the handle to open it, albeit a bit tougher than when key is in open position.
So my question is, do I need to replace the lock barrel or can the mechanism be got at to see if any wear or damage to lock from inside the box?
