Nice job, I like that.

Can't say that I like the look of clip ons with big ugly bar lugs sitting on the top clamp. Too heath robinson.

I take it that you're after this look. Keep us posted, I'm hooked on this guzzi thread and check for piccies as my first stop on this f'rum.:augie

If you want to see a really pretty guzzi have a look at the V50 in this months backstreet heroes.:thumb2

I hope that tank is ethanol proof:D
So what cam P3 or B10?
Lightened flywheel?

I remember buying a shoebox of new guzzi parts in '87 for the LeMans 11 I was restoring... it had been outside for four years.... parts cost £200 then, the whole bike was £300! It had crossbow pipes and seat unit. I foolishly sold it to fund a Ducati, a huge mistake.

This landed from Deutschland today ..
GRP , very light racing tank.

Lovely, is that Stein Watsit? :nenau. How does it compare price wise with the Ally tanks

I'm interested in that stuff, so would appreciate a linky please.:thumb

No comparison , I bought it Ebay De .
I just want a S3 /1000 tank of this shape.
Price wise , No comparison , I was negotiating for a polished tank , and
i thought i had a Deal Done at £450 , and when i was checking on progress
i ws asked what kind of cap / neck i wanted , Which was going to be another £80 , the straw broke when i was asked if i wanted it fitted !.......

Steine Deinse are not Cheap , not as expensive as Gutsi bits .
To date i have all my parts off www.stephanguzzi.de his english is as
good as my german , we send each other photographs..
