Not a cloud in the sky here ,a bit frosty but that will burn off quick.A wee spin on the old DRZ i think is the order of the day.

Same down here today. Shame I've got to cook Sunday lunch.:blast:blast:blast

Nice spot you live in there :thumb

Dull & grey here plus some early morning rain have left everything very wet including the boot of my car because I left the hatch up all night after unloading something late yday:blast

SWMBO was on a girlie night out last night so I fancied an early morning ride this morning for a few hrs before going out to lunch but then remembered that buggering off and leaving her with the little un wouldn't go down well on Mothers Day :P

Took a run up Glen Lethnot, which is one of the smaller Angus Glens,no traffic the only thing i met was the shepherd in his tractor. It was a bit chilly even although the sun was out.The curlews and pewits are at the top of the Glens now so hopefully spring is not far off.Although the Glen roads have been blocked with snow in April before.

You were right!! Cracker of a day after the frost was away. Went up to Ellon to pick up an eleven hunner to take to mate later this week. First run of the year and a topper. Topper of a bike too...best colour..Kalahari yellow...sorely tempted to swap the plates with mine and keep it!

Sheesh you were not jokin aboot the cold
Such a bonnie day yesterday that i started at Girvan and ran up to Ulapool for a wee overnighter Back to sunny Girvan today
See yon bit over the moor beween Ulapool n Inverness Pure brass monkeys
My heated suit plug Packed in :blast ice light pinging away :eek

Still , A guid wee bit jaunt:D:D

Great pics Doyle, I recognise the area well :D
Had a belt down through Fife yesterday on my RT, went in to Dunfermline, been a while since I've been...nice town it is too. Got the old triumph out of hibernation today, MOT next week I reckon (Laurencekirk) :thumb

Do you have an ice warning light on yer bike:confused:
Aye the gsa has a sensor that kicks in and starts to flash at about2.5 C
Quite a usefull thing:thumb2 That n the thermometer on the pannel just lets ye know whats goiing on :thumb2

Also went out for the run on Sunday, weather so good and not too cold. Do'nt usually go out on Sundays, too many 'flat cap' drivers on my favourite roads, but a good run anyway. Coming back down the M9 3/4ml from Grangemouth turn off, ran into backing up traffic on the m/way - both lanes.
Filtered down through and here's several poor buggers thats had their day ruined. Central reservation barrier crumpled, one car on its roof, several others 'parked' in the fast lane, glass all over.
Several people on the grass at the hard shoulder, did not see any bad casualties??, but no police or ambulance there yet, must have happened minutes before I got there.
There go, but for the grace of God , as they say........
