Torax screw size.

I want to fit a cruise control to my 1200, my torax key set only goes up to T50, too small to open the screw that screw into the end of the handle bar. They are not available locally here so I need to know the size so I can order on the net.

Anyone have the correct size available?

I can't help you with the size, but these are properly referred to as:

TORX

You might stand a better chance of getting what you need.

If you're going to do anything on a GS you need a decent set of larger size Torx in both male and female - I got a decent socket set off fleabay for about £20

I got my Sealey Torx set from a classic autojumble. The guy thought he was never going to never sell them

Thanks everyone, these things are not readily available here is Asia, seems only BMW use the things, but some tool shop will probably have a dusty set or I'll find it on the net.

Greg, I did actually think I was wrong when I wrote Tourax... just didn't sound right, but I knew you guys would understand me.
