Torque setting

Gents, putting on some radius risers tonight in preperation for a trip abroad next week.
Haven't got a manual , so wondered, does anyone know the torque settings for the Riser and handlebar bolts.

1 grunt......same as everything else over 1/4"

handle bar clamp 21 nm
