Torx bolts rear disc

After my fun yesterday this thread post 7 is there a way to tighten the rear disc without removing the wheel?

Also, can anyone recommend a decent (meaning for occasional use so not over-priced, but not so cheap that they can only be used once ) Torx set (of sockets, spanners or whatever they're called)?

Got mine from Halfords, torx bits for 3/8" drive, can't remember the price, but it wasn't heart breaking.

Bought a set from Halfords some years ago about £10 I think used them quite a bit on a VW van engine and now on GS still going strong

Some guy on ebay does Sealy, got a set with Torx, Hex and Allen, plus ratchet adapters for £15.
