Tosser camp out.Last orders for food wednesday

I am going to come to the whole weekend, my missus says that I am fine if I take my meds:thumb2
It`s just when I forget:blast, but she is coming too, and she won`t let me forget:thumb2

Excellent...we'll all make sure you take your meds :D

Kev(Beamer) and I are in too:)

Sure it'd be rude not to given how close we are to Kevs neck of the woods!:thumb

Cant wait! :bounce1:bounce1
Be great to meet some new faces! :beerjug:
See ya then lads :thumb

UPDATE Marquee.

Ive Hired a large 9mts by 6mts marquee for this event.
As its a long event,if it pishes down all weekend, we have some decent cover to stay dry in.
Of course it wont rain though, ive ordered some sunshine.:augie
its goin to put the ticket up a wee bit, but i think its money well spent.
We can also annex the Burger... sorry roadside diner alongside too.
so bring yer deckie chairs and tables and we can have a grand dinner on one of the nights.
So mr bounce the DJ will need a real disco ball after all, as we have a ceiling to hang it from.:D

Paul, lets us know costs as soon as you can, as I need to work out my budgets for my 2011 camping events/adventures :thumb

Being a noob to Tosser events, a rough idea of the cost of the weekend would be helpful.
Peter

We'd better warn the local pub to expect some thirsty custom on the Saturday lunchtime:beer:

Their cheesy chip butties went down well too:drool

It Kinda goes something like this

Camping for friday, saturday, sunday night inc marquee and firewood £25 pp.
Food from the diner, will probably very similar to last year,£15 3 course main meal and £5 for a full english brekky.or bring yer own.
vegetarian option for £12 main meal, £5 veg english brekky.
The menu is still be sorted, and they havnt disappointed us yet.

I'll have to speak to the bar crew, as to the brands of beer/cider/lager we will have, but they will be on site for a £1 can,or bring yer own.
I would suggest to bring yer own spirits. Also yer own beermugs.

Shooting again same price as last year £30 for 50 shots n clays.(min 20 people needed) please dont bring yer own guns, security issues...

Wildlife barbeque is available if enough people want it £10 pp.
If you are a stranger to the bbq,"Billy the fish" will bring down as much game as you can eat ,he will show you how to skin, pluck and cook, pheasant, pidgeon, chicken, venison, fish, whatever he can shoot /catch.
you can then make your own soup, stew, curry etc with the meat.
Please dont shoot the cows, the farmer gets upset:eek:

Just to re-iterate there are no showers, just a bog.Hardcore camping you know.
Also a prize for the best fancy dress on sat night i will donate.

The 240vgenerator will be running from time to time to charge mobiles etc.

Basicly i'll pm the first 50 people who wanted to come, when monies need to be paid etc.
Staff not included in the guest list of 50.
By the looks of the poll there will be no band, just KB, spinning the labels on the tables on our in house jukebox.Avin it large!!!
The full address for the venue will be supplied after payment, i dont want to post it on an open forum. Its in the sevenoaks area.
Regulars know anyways.
