Tourance Specs

I am about to order a 21" Front tourance.
On examination i have found there are two types.
A 21" TT and a 21"Tl , Had i been ordering them in an english speaking
country , i would have assumed ,, TT= Tubed Tyre ,, TL = Tube less.
Does any one know the Specifcations for the Tubed 21" tyre.

If its a 90/90-21 Metz Tourance, tubed type, it should have 'M/C 54S' on the tyre. This means its suitable for bikes only (M/C) has a load index of 212kg(54) and a speed rating of 180kph/112mph (S).
