Tourance tyres: have I been done-over?

Just had Anakee 3's fitted to loose wheels inc balancing £202 all in from Nat Tyres in Barnsley, first time with Anakees, seem to be noisy esp bout 60mph, time will tell if I like them.

Interesting, just had some anakee 3 fitted this morning, also noticed a distinctive and quite loud howl on the motorway between 60-70 but not particularly noticeable at other speeds. Could get really annoying! Feel wise no issues and seem a bit more cushioned than tourance exp over cats eyes etc. but still scrubbing in

i just paid 214 quid for a pair of tourances at m and s motorcycles in newcastle the other day,so i suppose you paid about right at the dealer .

Returned from our annual abroad trip, Spain this time, tyres performed well enough with some very nice deserted twisty roads, so no issues with grip or wear. Lets face it, most tyres are good nowadays.
However, as stated the noise especially around 60/70 cruising speed and on over-run/braking is annoying so I wont be replacing with same tyres.

Got the slow puncture on my rear tyre.
Not far off needing replacing me thinks, and with winter around the corner, i think i might just do so, as i commute on her every day. Safer than a plug to ride out the last few miles.
Any recommendations for a set of annakee's or tourances in or around wimbledon, or SW london? BMW parklane quoted £350.... and that is taking the mickey.

Last month at BMW main dealer. Pair of ancient Tourances. £222 fitted. Cheaper than Micheldever.
