Tourance vs TKC80 vs MOT

A long story has meant that i need to put my bike into an MOT with a Tourance front tyre and a TKC80 rear.

What is the likely hood of the bike passing?

The tyres must be of a compatible type.
The Tourance is a Radial, the TKC80 is a Crossply or Bias-Belted.
Chances are it will fail an MOT with mixed tyre types.
I have had a bike fail before with a crossply front and a radial rear.
