Touratech 1150GS Rad Guard

Hi

Just picked up one of these second hand for my 2001 GS, I've downloaded the fitting instructions and it looks like a real faff - dismantling the front indicators (Why ?) etc. any guidance gratefully received.

Remove front indicators in order to remove the beak.

Did you get it off ebay for about £12.50?

If so, it's an absolute mare to fit and looks pig ugly when fitted

I think they look good and are easyer to get dead flys off than the oil cooler when you fit it just take your time make sure you get the screws on the side of dash panel I forgot these and was scatching my head for a while wondering why the mudguard would not come forward i aint no spanner monkey but did mine ok its sounds harder than it is to fit
