Touratech Flash-back LC Indicator Reset

Me and the missus went for a nice 2 hour drive to the Touratech shop 3 weeks ago (they have a sale on at the moment and I refuse to pay £8.50 P&P). I purchased one of them indicator reset thingies (£29.99 bargain), anyway it arrived this morning, took me a while to decipher the german in to english and i fitted it.... it doesnt work so i phone touratech, they tell me to look at the U.S. website (instructions in English) which i did, still doesnt work. The question is, has anyone got them to work? Should I just send it back and get a refund or should I ask for a new one?

All help appreciated.

In ths spanish version of Touratech shop, it states:

Flash back LC
Señal de los intermitentes
*¡No adecuado para vehículos con CAN bus!*

In other words, not suitable for Canbus equipped vehicules...
