But I tell you wot......it was a close call...I was flat out in third gear at the time, broadside, full left hand lock....sliding it like a good 'un.....

Then the bloody missus walked in....luck I managed to keep it up right otherwise I would have been really cross....

Well I used the headset today for the first time and to be honest its must be an acquired thing.

Ole Betty does tend to rabbit on a little and to be honest I did find it very distracing at times. Prehaps it was because I was using it on a roads that I knew?

I also found that turning the volume right down helped but it was still a distraction on occassions like when you are trying to merge around traffic at islands etc.

I think that if I was going on a run I would have the sound turned off untill such time that I needed it, otherwise I fear that Betty and I would fall out big time.......
